Privacy notice

Staffify collects information you submit, conversation and call data needed to operate Atlas, technical visitor events, and account configuration. We use it to provide the service, route requested follow-up, secure the platform, measure visitor journeys, and improve reliability.

First-party visitor analytics

Our website uses randomly generated first-party visitor and session identifiers to record page paths, timestamps, campaign tags, coarse device and viewport categories, scroll milestones, and interactions such as opening chat or requesting a call. Tracking retries are stored briefly in your browser so events are not lost during navigation. We strip URL queries and referrer paths, do not fingerprint devices, do not collect precise location for analytics, and honor enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.

AI and call disclosure

Atlas is an AI receptionist. Calls and chats may be transcribed and analyzed. Clients are responsible for configuring notices and consent appropriate to their location and use.

Retention and access

Authorized workspace users can access tenant data. Contact hello@staffify.icu for an access or deletion request. We do not sell personal information.
